Cape for Confederate Officers   Non-Regulation Item      CS OFFICER'S CAPE: At left is shown our Confederate Officer's Cape, often called a Mantle or Opera Cape. Standard Cape length extends to the fingertips, longer lengths can be specified at extra cost.     Our quality 21 ounce military weight wools are used in these capes for warmth, click on Fabric Colors page for available colors. The rolling type collar is featured. A heavy black cotton lining is standard. A wool lining is available as an option. The standard cape front is closed by means of either 5, 7 or 9 small brass buttons. A single black "frog" in place of the buttons is optional.
