NOTE: Many of our hats Drop Ship from the manfacturer in Pennsylvania.
  1. Most Straw Hats and Bonnets are normally Stock-Items, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for standard delivery.
  2. Felt Hats are Made-On-Order items, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for standard delivery.
  3. Tarred Hats are Custom Items, please allow 3 - 8 weeks for standard delivery.
  4. Custom and Made-To-Order Hats are usually not returnable, unless not made as ordered.
    If you need the hat by a certain date (minimum 1 week away), call us to see if it is possible (see contact page for phone number - DO NOT use email for this). Faster shipping is available for an additional cost, use the shipping option on the "View Cart" page. We do stock hats in the store, but it is a small percentage of the over 4,000 combinations available on this web site.

Scholar, 19th Century (1800s) Ladies/ Child's Hat
    1870's child's hat. This hat is made of good quality Wool Felt. Shown with matching ribbon (around the base of the crown) and binding (around the brim).

    This hat can be ordered with either: Matching Ribbon and Binding; a Contrasting Color Ribbon (different from the hat color) and Hat Color Binding; or Contrasting  Ribbon and Binding (ribbon and binding are a different color than the hat, but match each other). NOTE: because the ribbon and binding are of different materials, they may not be an exact match to each other. There COULD be a difference in the actual color shade and there will be a difference in texture.

    Premium/Custom colors $4.00 more. White 50% more.
