We install a black heavy cotton drill lining in the body area to help keep the elements off the upper body. Marine buttons are supplied loose. Some Marine historians feel that enlisted Marines were issued Army Sky Blue Overcoats during the war, since the Cadet Grey color could appear to make this a Confederate Overcoat. Made in the USA!
